Purgatory is the dark higher dimensional domain of Ice Demons. Unlike the Fire Demons of Hell they regret leaving Heaven and work to cleanse their own metaphysical forms of sin. A great deal of that work lies in cleansing human souls for revival into Heaven. Since the Archangels of Heaven appear to accept this arrangement it gives the Ice Demons hope of regaining their Angelic status someday. The ruler of Purgatory is the former Archangel Khutsomier. He’s the only one who managed to stay within a Fallen Angel form through sheer willpower. This makes him more powerful than the Devil of Hell. Purgatory is known to be a hot flame-ridden place like Hell. However, it’s mostly a cold depressing dark damnation. Any environment can be created to aid in the salvation of sad souls stained in sin.🥶
