Human souls aka ascended Angels are born in the Heavenly realms outside of time with all their memories from their near infinite lives in the near infinite parallel Universes. Within our reality at the moment an unborn child’s brain is developed to a certain point it makes a connection with it’s soul. In the distant past hundreds of thousands of years ago, somewhere between apes and humans, the brain was developed enough to make a connection with a soul. It could have been as much as a million years ago or more. Definitely the Neanderthal people had souls, and they’re just the same as any Angel in Heaven because they were normal homo sapiens in a plethora of parallel Universes just like you, and I were Neanderthals in countless other realities as well. The first man, and woman of a species in our evolutionary line to obtain souls were in fact our Adam, and Eve.
Despite this every living being has a soul. However they may go to different Afterlives. In the case of animals they end up in Mother Earth’s Paradise Plane. All except pets loved by humans. They go to Heaven with their caretakers.
