The Black Bazaar is the secret underground supernatural market for a variety of paranormal products. It is made of many organizations that operate around the world and may sometimes interact with the general Black Market of the human world. However, unlike the Black Market criminal world, the Black Bazaar is made up of both good and evil factions since technically the supernatural services and products offered don’t officially exist. Some are secretly banned by the governments of the world with enforcement through top-secret organizations like the US Paranormal Defense Agency.
Another feature that is unlike the Black Market is the fact that there’s one central organization that attempts to bring the entire Black Bazaar under its control. They are mostly run by members of the righteous supernatural community that want to grant access to goods and services with more ease to those fighting against the forces of darkness. Naturally, those evil entities don’t acknowledge this central banner but may utilize it at their convenience by posing as a righteous person.
The Black Bazzar can be found to some degree in almost every major city around the world. However, the central faction of righteousness and the largest criminal organization of evil both operate out of the infamous Darién Gap. A dense jungle between Panama and Columbia considered no-man’s-land. In fact, nobody has been able to connect a roadway between Central America and South America.
Within the dark jungle the two factions cooperate to some extent but mostly leave each other alone for their own self-interests. Ultimately, they are both members of the secret supernatural world who need to avoid the human governments who wish to own paranormal power for themselves. There is also a loose agreement to keep the Gap a Neutral Zone in the battle of light vs darkness. However, only the dark faction works with the human criminal element hiding out in the jungle. Mostly Columbian drug cartels.
