I got a Walmart grocery delivery on the morning of July 1st, 2025. It was delivered by a lazy joker named Jozette who couldn’t be bothered to even enter the large apartment building. My instructions said to leave it outside my apartment door. Instead, they chose to throw the loose plastic bags with refrigerated and freezer items on to the pavement to spill out and bask in the hot sun of an 80 degree day! What makes matters worse is that they refused to even knock, ring, or text. If I hadn’t assumed they’d be lazy like a great deal of delivery persons, I wouldn’t have been monitoring the situation. It could have sat out there for hours ready to rot or get stolen! Groceries are the one thing that should be delivered right to someone’s door! The front of an apartment building isn’t the correct address! Needless to say, I canceled the tip as they deserved nothing! Had they delivered it to the door I had planned to increase it. Keep being lazy! It really pays off!
