We had T-Mobile home internet service for several months before the router kept disconnecting and rebooting all the time. We finally canceled the service and returned the equipment. Everything was paid up, and customer service never mentioned any additional charges. 14 days after this, we were auto-charged for the usual $50 monthly fee despite not using the internet for that period of time.
Customer Service were complete a-holes with their corporate billing cycle BS. They wouldn’t give any credit for the time the service wasn’t used. This is a clear form of fraud! Money extorted for a service not provided! It’s also annoying to spring this surprise when they completely delete the online account so you can’t look up any information! Maybe if your crap equipment worked we wouldn’t have had to cancel to begin with! T-Mobile please proceed to screw yourself!⚠️
