Do Mermaids Turn To Sea Foam When They Die?

Do Mermaids Possess A Soul That Goes To Heaven?
MerangelDespite being powerful stealthy supernatural creatures with an immortal Earthly existence, Mermaids occasionally die courtesy of dark paranormal forces.  It’s been said in some circles that Mermaids, and Mermen have no immortal souls.  According to legend they turn to sea foam when they die.  This legend is most famously conveyed in Hans Christian Andersen’s Danish fairy tale The Little Mermaid.  The paranormal record indicates his tale was based on a true story.  Hans original Little Mermaid doesn’t have the same happy ending seen in the Disney cartoon of the same name.  Hans Mermaid ends up dying, and turning to sea foam due to not capturing the heart of a Prince whose soul was to flow within her.  However she does not cease to exist, and instead becomes an Earthly spirit.

Firstly, there are several levels to the Afterlife, or Heaven.  Incidentally Heaven isn’t just a haven for human souls since the human species is one among nearly infinite intelligent self aware species that inhabit our entire greater Universe, or Macroverse.  You may be human in this Universe but in a parallel reality you could be an extraterrestrial, or supernatural being such a Mermaid. Just as Mermaids are human in other realities.  Anywhere your unique soul frequency manifests, by the roll of the probability dice, it always connects to your multitude of higher dimensional souls. So anyone who is judged good by the higher dimensional powers that be will ascend forth into the eternal afterlife.

It is true that Mermaids, and Mermen who die will turn to sea foam since many supernatural beings usually disappear quickly in some way at death.  This is the Universes way of adhering to the Supernatural Secrecy Pact. Another example are the infamous deaths of vampires who burst into unholy flames, and turn to unholy ash.  Speaking of vampires they are technically in their first level of the afterlife while still living among us. Hence the term living dead.  Some humans linger on Earth as ghosts while most move on to the fifth dimension containing the first levels of Heaven.

What Happens To Mermaids After They Die?
Despite originating from the humans of the lost continent of Atlantis, the transformation
into supernatural Merpeople turned their afterlife over to the Earthly Gods. Mermaids with a kind heart become sea spirits, or sea nymphs, known as Nereid’s. Although not all Nereids originate from deceased Mermaid spirits. Every entity, and phenomenon of nature has a spirit or God managing it as apart of the Earthly God hierarchy.  When a sweet Mermaid passes on her soul becomes one with a body of salt water.  Generally a portion of the ocean she once lived in.  That region of the sea is in essence her new physical body just as the entire Earth is considered the body of the Goddess Gaia.  Nereids also eventually gain the power to take temporary physical form which often leads to them seducing sailors, and other men they come across as they are extremely sensual souls.

A Nereid manages her portion of the sea under the direction of higher level sea nymphs, Goddesses, and Gods.  She also strives to help any humans in need on the high seas.  Especially from dangerous creatures both normal, and paranormal in nature.  She is also playful, and frolics swimmingly about the sea with the friendly fauna.  Sea animals she can have real conversations with even more so than she could in Mermaid form.  A Nereid has the opportunity to ascend to a higher deity with the endgame being that of a higher dimensional Sea Goddess.  Some get there by becoming Muses that inspire creativity in humans, Satyrs, and Gods.

Sinister Siren Seductresses
Those not so nice Mermaids become Sirens, or corrupted Nereids, who lure unsuspecting humans into a web of darkness via their mesmerizing singing, and extreme beauty.  Sirens work for Dark Gods, Goddesses, and low levels Demons residing in the Underworld.  The Underworld is a physical manifestation of the infamous higher dimensional Hell housing top level Demons such as the Devil.  At some point in the past there was a war between the Dark Gods, and Demons who eventually agreed to share the domain. In same cases Sirens have even been known to work with, or for, Succubus.

Good Nereids often chase away Sirens from the sea since they have no set physical Succubusterritory, and travel wherever they can to incite mayhem, and death by seduction.  The initial goal of many Sirens is to become a Succubus, and no longer be restricted to the sea as the playground for their dark deeds.  From there many strive to become Underworld Demons or Dark Goddesses.  Thankfully most Mermaids are good so there aren’t a great deal of Sirens in the sea.

What Happens To Mermen After They Die?
In the Earthly God hierarchy there isn’t equality of the sexes.  In fact women tend to do most of the work.  It’s no coincidence that the soul of Earth didn’t manifest as a God but rather the Goddess Gaia Mother Earth.  Good male Mermaids, or Mermen, become Sea Satyrs who more or less spend most of their time partying, amusing Gods, and Goddess with their witty repartee along with various performance talents including music, and poetry.  Unfortunately if Nereids are included in a Godly entourage it’s usually for the sex but some become Muses.  However Goddesses often welcome their Nereid daughters of sea into their inner circles as confidants, and companions.  Sea Satyrs are notorious for trying to seduce Nereids which thereby results in a flurry of new flora, and fauna in the vicinity.  Many aspire to charm Goddesses, and win higher dimensional favor.

Those Mermen who choose the path of darkness become dark sea daemons after death.  These sinister spirits perform a variety of dastardly deeds for Underworld Gods, Goddesses, and Demons.  They are another force of evil sweet Nereids have to deal with. The dark sea daemons often strive to become Incubus if they are looking to follow the demon path rather than the evil God path in the Underworld.  The opportunity for powerful advancement is greater in the Demon realm.

What Happens To Demi-Mermaids When They Die?
As a Demi-Mermaid, I the author of this article, assume I will live forever since a child of even oneBeached Mermaid immortal is generally an immortal.  Although Goddess forbid if anything happens to me what will be my first afterlife fate?  I know like all sentient souls judged worthy I will eventually ascend to higher dimensional Godhood.  In the first level of the afterlife I will however be partly beholden to the Earthly Gods & Goddesses design.  There aren’t many Demimermaids so it’s not known for sure what would happen.  Would parts of my body turn to sea foam?  Would I then become a free spirit Demi-Nereid?  Perhaps given some place in the ocean I never lived in but where my Mom resided before defecting from Atlantis?  At the same time could I enter the first level of Heaven in the fifth dimension at will? Coming, and going as I please everywhere in between. Or would I simply be a free spirit?  Since a Nereid is a spirit, and my human half can become a ghost, would I just be a free range spirit with no real place or purpose?  If that was the case I guess I’d have some fun on Earth for a while before attempting to enter the first level of the Afterlife. Certainly I believe Goddess Gaia would welcome me into her Earthly afterlife known as the Paradise Plane.  Then there’s the fact that I’m a witch who often calls upon Gods, and Goddesses for power.  Would I gain extra favor with them once my soul is free from physical form?  Maybe I could just skip to full on Sea Goddess! 🙂

On a final note the terms for the supernatural beings listed here in were Greek in nature since they are the most well known terms. Not to mention that the Greek Gods under Zeus are currently the most powerful, and populated faction of nature deities.  This includes the largest group of Mermaids living in Atlantis under the protection of the Greek Sea God Poseidon.  Equivalent creatures may have different names in other cultures that fall under the domain of other factions of Earthly Gods.  However more or less the afterlife fates are uniformly the same.

What Is Zoopathy?

What Is Faunapathy?

Zoopathic ControlZoopathy, also called Faunapathy, is a psionic super power that grants one the ability to communicate telepathically with animals. Although the lowest end of Zoopathy is simple animal empathy, or the feeling of an animal’s emotional state.  The next level of advancement would be to transmit emotions to the animal.  This creates a bond with the animal that may, or may not, allow for some level of control over the creature.  Mid level Faunapathic powers entail reading an animal’s mind, and translating it into something understood by humans.  Then sending simple human thoughts to animals in a format they can comprehend.

Advanced users can carry on complete mental, or voice conversations which is also called Zoolingualism.  Conversations are of course limited by the animals intelligence, and their natural vocal linguistic abilities.  Rare amazing individuals with complete Zoolingualism would be able to carry out real intelligent human conversations with animals both mentally, and vocally.  This is due to having the ability to temporarily increase the animal’s intelligence, and even their physical vocal cords in some cases.  Somewhat like an advanced computer interfacing with a primitive one in order to carry out a complex task upon the inferior system.  Once the interface of the Omnilingualist has ceased the animal loses his new found understanding of the world. Interestingly Zoolingualism is a sub-power of Omnilingualism which in turn is a power high level Gods possess. Most notably by the Omniverse God.

Extremely advanced Zoopathy can result in hypnotic mind control that compels one or more animals to do the power users bidding.  In the wrong hands this can be an extremely dangerous weapon when using the animal as an attack tool.  In the right hands animal attacks can be halted to save lives. Zoopathic masters may direct huge herds of animals across great expanses with the mere will of their minds!  Some say successful Native American tribes often had a Faunapathic in their midst. One who could direct bison in their direction for use as food, clothing, and shelter.

Faunapathy can be limited to one, or more species for some while others can handle just Faunapathy Powerabout every animal on Earth! Those who can communicate with more advanced species, such as dolphins, and gorilla’s, will begin to manifest the ability to utilize their powers on the minds of human beings to a limited extent.  Humans being the most advanced animal on Earth.  Although generally Zoopathy is limited to less complex minds, and most don’t advance to human empathy, telepathy, or mind control.  In addition, depending on the level of one’s Zoopathic powers, they may only be able to communicate, or control, one animal at a time. Highly advanced users can handle a large herd, or pack of beasts depending on the animal’s mental state of peace, or anger. Angry animals are always harder to manage whether by normal human hands, or those wielding wondrous psychic powers!

The highest degrees of Zoopathy are usually only seen in supernatural creatures such as Gods, Vampires, Mermaids, etc.  Mystic Investigations very own Rebecca Abernathy is a Demi-Mermaid with Faunapathic abilities.  When it comes to sea animals she has varying degrees of communication, and mind control.  With all other animals she has some level of empathetic powers, and can often exude a calming effect on them.  Due to Mermaids having the ability to communicate telepathically with two of the top 10 smartest animals, Octopus & Dolphins, they can have some level of hypnotic hold on humans as well.

What Is A Demi-Mermaid?

Are Human-Mermaid Hybrids Real?
Demi-MermaidDemi-Mermaids, and Demi-Mermen, are rare but very real supernatural beings.  For the sake of consistency we’ll refer to both male, and female of the species as Mermaids.  Demi-Mermaids are Human-Mermaid Hybrids that are the product of a union between a Human, and Mermaid in human form.  When in human form Mermaids are 100% compatible with humans when it comes to mating.  The only reason Demi-Mermaids are rare is due to the fact that the odds are astronomical that a human, and mermaid would ever even meet.  Despite the odds Mystic Investigations is lucky enough to have our own Demi-Mermaid on staff in the form of me, Vice-President Rebecca Abernathy.  The information in this article comes from myself, and comparisons with others of my kind listed in the secret supernatural archives from around the world.  That being said I’m also a natural born witch but I will keep those details out of this article.  However since I’m of Mermaid lineage I seem to perform my best magic when calling upon Sea Gods, and Goddesses.

Since Mermaids are Immortal creatures it’s safe to say I’m immortal as well.  After all there’s no number between the average United States human
female lifespan of 81.2, and infinity. Of course the jury is out as to whether Immortals are only eternal at the cellular level, or will their atomic, and sub-atomic structures eventually decay after billions, or trillions of years?  As a Demi-Mermaid I’m am very beautiful, and beyond beguiling if I do say so myself. 🙂  I have auburn hair with most of us having hair in the red, or blond range.  Without trying I’m often able to bend people to my will, and when I really try there is some manner of light hypnotic power.  My Emphathic ability to sense people’s emotional states aids in this task.  Unfortunately it’s nothing on the scale of vampires compelling people. However I do possess such powers when it comes to ocean animals, and some other animals.  With most animals I can at least have a calming effect.  This is known as Faunapathy, or Zoopathy. When it comes to sea life I can directly communicate with them telepathically having simple conversations. In some cases I can vocally communicate with some mammals such as Dolphins.  When it comes to Dolphins I can duplicate their clicks, and whistles to the letter! In fact this is very close to the language of the Mermaid people.  I can also screech loudly to the point of shattering glass!  Most Mermaids have a pet Dolphin in Atlantis, and other undersea Mermaid strongholds. Regrettably the Mermaid royalty of these civilizations don’t approve of human-mermaid unions, and actively seek to take hybrids like me into custody!

Like Dolphins I have minor echolocation abilities that allow me to navigate dark spaces.  I also possess enhanced strength, speed, agility, and senses.  Demi-Mermaids have superior immune systems, and almost virtually never get sick.  Certainly they cannot contract any human disease.  Rapid wound healing takes place as well especially when salt water is applied to the injury. In addition not to be too graphic but the only time I need a toilet is if I drink too much liquid.  Otherwise my body operates at 100% digestive efficiency free of waste products!  I also have no monthly ovulation cycle which brings into question whether or not I can have kids. There’s actually no record of a Demi-Mermaid giving birth.  Cryptozoologists aren’t sure why that is but it could be somewhat related to the fact that most human Immortal’s can’t have kids.

Human-Mermaid Hybrids have naturally advanced swimming, and diving skills.  Most of my kind have been known to hold their breath underwater for up to 2
hours.  Our lungs have a very minor ability to extract oxygen from water but not enough to utilize while physically active.  Still the process itself results in Demi-Mermaid blood being violet in color. We can breath water into our lungs without drowning for the same amount of time we can hold our breath. After that we go into a dormant coma like state until removed from the water.  Drowning is simply impossible for a Demi-Mermaid!  I only briefly took what appeared to be complete mermaid form once in my life when I died due to a witchcraft power overload, and was resurrected.  Otherwise I can’t will myself to grow a mermaid tail. I remain in a human form in salt water.  Although ancient texts suggest ingestion of the Mermaid parents blood would cause a temporary Mermaid form to occur. Thus far I’ve never attempted such a thing as it’s kind of disgusting!  Of course our resident Vampire Executive Vice-President Drake Alexander has ingested Mermaid blood in his distant past, and took Merman form to visit Atlantis!

As a DemiMermaid I also possess the power of  Hydrokinesis, or water manipulation
abilities.  So far I have mastered projecting, and reshaping water.  It’s much more prolific if I can touch the water in question but telepathically I can bend water to my will as well.  Various supernatural sources show that I should eventually be able to control water temperature causing it to freeze or boil. Thus far that ability is very minor. I still need to put an ice cube in my beverage.  Someday I should be able to control water vapor in the air creating clouds, and rain along with manipulating any clouds present in the sky.  Mermaid-Human hybrids usually have Hydrokinetic Sense which allows them to interpret water waves for the purpose of estimating the size, and composition of distant objects.  For instance if I was blindfolded in a swimming pool, and you place a rubber ducky in the water at the other end the minute waves sent forth would tell me what it is. When utilizing Hydrokinetic powers my eyes glow blue.

I love a variety of human food but I seem to prefer salty things the most. I’ve been known to put sea salt on sweets such as ice cream. I even drink salt water, and feel like fresh water doesn’t quench my thirst. I also have daily cravings for fresh macro-algae, especially Seaweed, and other marine vegetation I grow in my salt water aquarium.
