OnTrac is a low rent delivery service. Presumably cheaper than Fedex, UPS, and other big time delivery services otherwise why use it? It’s used by Kohl’s, Vitacost.com, and other silly fools. The primary problem with them is their annoying tracking system. All they give you is the day it will be delivered with no time frame to expect your package within. Then have to you sit there all damn day long refreshing the tracking. Then their turd tracking is always on some delay, or the delivery guy is a lazy jackass! I find out it was delivered several minutes ago despite continually refreshing the fat fucking page! Signed up for a text message when delivered and I never get one! Amateur idiots!
Some of us need to pounce on our packages or they get stolen! Especially with these turds who like to throw the package outside anywhere they please! With these unpredictable jokers you waste a day waiting for a package! They also seem to love delivering on weekend evenings when you won’t be home or simply want to relax. In an apartment building with two front doors this mental midget managed to find an obscure side door so out of view I question how in the holy hell he managed to find it. I’m walking all over the freaking building for 10 minutes looking for this package like a jackass! How did he go around the entire building to the back and then proceed to walk on the side lawn to find this fucking door? Are you shitting me? Then of course leave it outside to be stolen.
Please stop using this OnTrac crap! It’s the worst delivery service ever! Unfortunately, now Walmart is using them! They must have cheap rates because they hire low rent morons with IQ’s below 100! Seriously, he had to waste all that time finding this door when the front door is the first thing you’d see driving up! Fucking Moron! How do people like this even survive this long in life! LOL!
