∞ is the symbol of infinity and beyond! Sometimes called a Lemniscate. The ∞ infinity symbol is used by pure Immortals to identify themselves to fellow Immortals. However other immortal beings such as vampires, or even gods have been known to wear the symbol. The eternal symbol is usually worn on a ring on men, and a necklace on women.
