It seems reasonable that a Vampire could work around the Global Vampire Invitation Spell by destroying portions of the structure itself. Even completely annihilating it by brute force or through lighting a place on fire thus forcing the occupants out into their deadly bloodthirsty arms. Even just killing the homeowner would neutralize the Invite Spell allowing them entry. By their own hand they may damage the outside to some extend depending on their generational strength or...

Mystic Investigations has never run across a Vampire-Werewolf Hybrid but there are ancient anecdotes of such entities existing. It seems they could hold the same power as their vampire sire and possibly even the generation above that of a sire.
