Rick Newman of Boca Raton, Florida faces the Anti-Claus like wrath of disgruntled neighbors who have disdain for his elaborate enchanting Christmas light decorations. In addition the City Of Boca Raton has issues as well. Let us hope that the Spirit Of Christmas overrides their inner Scrooge.
Update: They gave it a rest, and let Rick have his Christmas displays for all to enjoy. However Rick Newman died December 5, 2016 after he finally fell prey to the forces of darkness. His spirit now dwells within the eternal happiness of North Pole City.
