{"id":10329,"date":"2015-11-09T13:45:59","date_gmt":"2015-11-09T20:45:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mysticinvestigations.com\/paranormal\/?p=10329"},"modified":"2017-09-21T08:05:05","modified_gmt":"2017-09-21T14:05:05","slug":"perplexing-paranormal-pounding-may-equal-poltergeist","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mysticinvestigations.com\/paranormal\/perplexing-paranormal-pounding-may-equal-poltergeist\/","title":{"rendered":"Perplexing Paranormal Pounding May Equal Poltergeist!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/mysticinvestigations.com\/halloween-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Poltergeist-McSheen.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-2467\" src=\"http:\/\/mysticinvestigations.com\/halloween-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Poltergeist-McSheen-200x200.jpg\" alt=\"Poltergeist-McSheen\" width=\"200\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a>Danny McSheen, a Project Manager, was burning the oils of Midnight once again all alone at Pinnacle Energies Research Corp. \u00a0Despite it being the season of <a href=\"http:\/\/mysticinvestigations.com\/halloween-blog\/halloween\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Halloween<\/a> he couldn&#8217;t enjoy the holidays with his immense work load. \u00a0As with each night for the past week there were inexplicable pounding sounds coming from the second floor that seemed to grow continually louder.\u00a0 Each time he&#8217;d run up the flight of steps, and find nothing out of the ordinary. \u00a0Then the second he&#8217;d settle back into his office the ominous thumping would resume striking terror in Danny&#8217;s heart. \u00a0Calls to the Night Watchman yielded nothing. \u00a0In fact not a sound was heard when Security Guard Samuel Erickson happened to be present on his patrols of the rather large\u00a0sized facility, and grounds. \u00a0Danny even attempted to record the unsettling sound that was now causing things to rattle due to the immense vibrations created from the floor above despite it being a solid building of concrete, cement, and steel. \u00a0His personal\u00a0video camera, cell phone, and even a separate digital audio recorder, failed to pick up anything but dead static. \u00a0Even the various security camera&#8217;s scattered about the building would turn to white static during the episodes.
