Sticky tar glued Chucky\u2019s hands to a railing\u2014until he ripped free with a snarl. NOT AGAIN!\u201d he screamed, voice distorting.<\/p>\n<p>The second agent deployed a containment case\u2014metallic, glowing with strange symbols. With a final surge, they forced Chucky inside.
