Politics / New Constitution, And Restoration Of The Republic

We need a totally new election system, and government as well.  Volunteers have their name put in a pool, and names are randomly chosen for us to elect.  They then serve one year no matter what the post.  No matter what level of government from local to Federal.  They're also paid a huge sum of money.  At least at the Federal, and State level so it's like someone wins a prize.  Unfortunately this might be the only way to get a lot of volunteers but a new ultra minimal government would make huge payments no big deal.  Any evidence of insider trading results in loss of money, and a conviction of high treason.  After they're year is up their employer must give them their real job back.  There would be no career politicians.  Also no political parties allowed as well.

The Executive Branch would be eliminated with everything falling under Congress.  There would also be a new Citizens Branch of government above each level of government from local to Federal.  Their sole job is to watch the government, and enforce the Constitutional upon them.  They would have their own police to arrest anyone in government breaking the law.  The President would be nothing more than a National spokesperson, and Ambassador working for Congress.  The State Legislators would once again choose the Senators as well.  Also the Judicial Branch would be made up of 100 Judges along with a jury of 50 citizens.  1 Judge from each State appointed by the States Supreme Court, and 1 Judge elected by the people.  The jury would be randomly chosen from each state.  This might seem excessive but nine people shouldn't have control of one branch of government, and certainly one person, aka the President, shouldn't have any power what so ever over a branch of government.  In addition no private banks allowed in government.

That is quite interesting. How did you learn about Nibiru? Was it from various psychics? Well at least you know more now than when you did when I had told you about Jesus telling me Nibiru would be coming soon. I'm wondering something. Did you guys believe that Nibiru was coming before I said that?

There was minimal evidence for Nibiru.  However this was due to is mystical cloaking. We really didn't believe in Nibiru until we were at the McTavish Academy.  After I pulled the Sword Of Judgement from a giant crystal in a museum display at the school, due to being drawn to it, I got a vision of Nibiru while in the midst of a counsel of high level Seers.  Headmaster McTavish, and other professors also told us of the polar shift along with the revealing of the North, and South pole kiosks.  We had little time to spare as McTavish prepared a portal to the North Pole Kiosk.  I went to get Drake, and discovered he'd turned evil. Diablo was standing behind him, and ordered Drake to retrieve my sword but not to kill me as he foresaw me as a major player in the apocalypse.  Apparently not even Diablo had the power to take the sword from me.  Only the one who hold the Sword Of Dagon could get it but he must defeat the holder of the Sword Of Judgement.  I tried to explain that we needed to cooperate but Diablo said once the sword was taken from me he could handle it from there.  Drake, and I engaged in an epic sword fight with bright magical sparks flying about with each sword strike.  His super strength, speed, and agility should have been a huge advantage but Nibiru was already beginning to weaken all paranormal entities on Earth, and with each passing minute I came closer to beating him.  I eventually knocked the sword out of Dark Drakes hand, and then I dropped mine to engage in a fist fight.  I guess he was caught off guard, and I beat him good.  Diablo was having a fit, and shot a bolt of magical energy at me but I called out to my sword, and it flew to my hand deflecting the energy back at him.  Diablo flew into a wall, and lie on the floor.  I then said,"Do you really want to Earth to be destroyed by Nibiru?"  Diablo then took a swig of Diet Coke from an already opened can in his pocket.  I still have no idea how he does that.  Then he yelled,"cuniculum ad meridiem polus hoc mando!"  A porthole of rainbow colored energy opened up, and he then screamed,"Get your damn sword, and get the hell in there Drake!"  Drake did as he was told, and jumped in.  Diablo gave me a dirty look before throwing his can of Diet Coke on the floor, and entering himself.  The gateway then disappeared, and I ran back to Ian McTavish who had opened his own.  I then went through, and was at the North Pole Kiosk which only appeared once the swords lead me to it.

We care not for fame.  How would we do our work with paranormal Paparazzi following us around? We only want to save the world, and eradicate the forces of evil to see our vision of a utopian society come to fruition.  Some of us will live for centuries, and hopefully be alive for it.

Mystic Investigations News / The Dark Vampire Elamia Eradicated!

You may not have heard about Drake Alexander's stalker.  A vampire daughter of Meistiensos, and older vampire sister of Duanna Sargon, Drake's vampire mother.  She blamed Drake for Meistiensos death, and was randomly attacking Drake for months at his home, the office, and even public places.  She worked in a hit, run, and hide method so Duanna was never able to find her.  Elamia also perpetuated numerous psychic, and astral attack on Drake as well.  When we traveled to the McTavish International Academy Of Magical Sciences in Scotland she had hopped on the wing of the airplane.  Drake gave the following account of that event:

"I don't think Elamia knew where we were going as we purposely mentioned nothing to each other even when we thought we were alone due to vampire super hearing.  Even the pilots were instructed to only write communications related to the flight until we were in the air.  Elamia must have been watching my house, and followed us because I look out the window as we're taking off, and she's hanging on the wing. She makes it to a window, and punches through it.  Duanna rushes over, and punches her in the face through the window while screaming,"Be gone wench!"  Elamia plummeted into a pond at the end of the tarmac yelling how she will get us for this.  Clearly we would have to land with a window missing.  However Rebecca, and Duanna conjured up a quick spell.  Apparently they thickened the air in the window well to such an extent that it became a shield of sorts until the window could be replaced in Scotland."

Once we returned from the North Pole, after out Scottish trip, we heard nothing from her.  Drake assumed she had gotten a life.  Unfortunately she returned this afternoon when Rebecca, and I were gone.  She brutally attacked Drake in the hallway outside Julia Hathaway's office, and began ripping his clothes to shreds while screaming obscenities.  Drake managed to kick her away into Julia's office.  She then lunged at Julia with red glowing eyes, and fangs flaring forth but Julia utilized her telekinetic powers to launch the crazy wench through the glass, and out the window into the parking lot.  We pulled up to find a burning mass thanks to the holy sunlight's deadly power upon vampires.  Rebecca, and Ashley vacuumed up her ashes for use in various spells, and potions.  We called for a window repair to come out but it's damn difficult to get anyone here on a Friday or the weekend.  Looks like we'll be putting some plastic up.  No big deal I suppose since it's a second floor window.

Rebecca, and I just pulled up to our office building to find a flaming mass turn to ash.  It was Elamia, Drake's stalker.  Julia tossed her out the window with her telekinesis.  Now I have to get on the horn, and hire a window repairman who specializes in paranormal glass.  Man the work just keeps piling up!  Me, and Rebecca had left for 30 minutes to have some quick afternoon delights.

My New Year's Resolution is to put Dark Drake down if for no other reason just to stop his pathetic prank phone calls!  I'm pretty sure that's Rebecca's as well.  Of course we'd also like to bring Meistiensos back into a peaceful form for the sake of Duanna.

Sorry I missed this post.  Happy Belated New Year 2013!  I was going to post brief snippets of what Mystic Investigations was up to but I haven't gotten around to it.  We all still have stacks of papers on our desks from our time away.  Paranormal investigations isn't just swashbuckling adventures, and mysterious of intrigue in a never ending battle for truth, justice, and the eradication of evil!  There's paper work! Tons of paper work for the love of God!  My secretary seems to be missing.  I have to make some copies!  Xavier making copies.  The Xaviernator!  Xavieeeeeeeer!

Politics / Theorize A New Form Of Government

A government that could be kept from the hands of corporatists, and plutocrats so that the people can be free.

I was thinking that realistically the 3 branches of checks, and balances are a joke.  All three work in unison anyway. Also why should one guy, aka the President, have all the power of one branch?  Power used to even take away the weak Congress's power.  There were some Founding Father's who knew a President could become a King, and they never wanted one.  Why should only 9 have the power of the judicial branch?  Nine who aren't even elected by the people, or appointed by a State Legislature.  They're chosen by one guy, and approved by a Congressional committee for a lifetime term.  Ultimately only the people should have power, and the government should be our faithful servant.

I say combine the three branches into Congress.  Repeal the 17th amendment so Senator become beholden to the State Legislatures again.  Have a new house which would be a supreme court of sorts.  It would be composed of 50 judges who would make sure bills are Constitutional before they're passed.  All the Federal agencies, and departments would be under Congressional rule.  The President would be replaced with a national ambassador who would be nothing more than a spokesperson for the country.  There would be no insider trading allowed. one year terms limits, and the person would have the right to return to their real job because there should be no such thing as a career politician.  There would be no political parties allowed in government.  No corporations, and or banks allowed in government.  All elections would be done by paper ballot to prevent fraud.   Only government money would pay for elections so no donations allowed.  Candidates would be chosen from a random volunteer pool so just about any average person could get elected to office.  No more corporatist cronies.  These general ideas would extend to all levels of government down to the community level.  No more of this one guy power trip crap!  Single, or small groups of judges would not have power.  Governors, County Executives, and Mayors would not have power!

In addition a citizens level of government would exist above the main government at each level.  A group of citizens randomly chosen from a volunteer pool would be government watch dogs as another check, and balance.  They would be the police of the government in essence ready to arrest anyone who violates the Constitution, and engages in corruption.

Legend has it that at least one Birthday wish will come true in a persons lifetime.  What that wish is we know not.  Naturally plenty come true because they're easy enough to have happen outside the world of the supernatural.  Things such as material items or realistic goals.  The odds are greater that a wish will come true if the official birthday cake is lit with exact number of candles of your age, and all of them are blown out at the exact time of your birth.  It's also thought that the singing of Happy Birthday aids in the wish coming true.  It's unclear if any supernatural entities are responsible for Birthday wishes.  Happy Birthday!
