The enchanted Human Elf Cäsar Jacobson is the Director Of Deaf Communications at North Pole City. She performs a variety of tasks including the maintenance of the mystical device that gives everyone the instant ability to perform sign language while staying at Santa’s winter wonderland. She also takes time out to translate various films shown at the Sinterklaas Cinema into sign language for those hearing impaired visitors. Above is a small sample of her wonderful work from The Little Mermaid. Incidentally, she has visited Atlantis and swam among real Mermaids in the deep blue sea.
