{"id":4841,"date":"2022-11-14T09:11:32","date_gmt":"2022-11-14T16:11:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mysticinvestigations.com\/blog\/?page_id=4841"},"modified":"2022-11-14T14:17:44","modified_gmt":"2022-11-14T21:17:44","slug":"alexander-manor","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/mysticinvestigations.com\/blog\/alexander-manor\/","title":{"rendered":"Alexander Manor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">The Residence Of The Vampire Drake Alexander<br \/>\n1 Alexander Parkway<br \/>\nWoodland Springs, Colorado\u00a0 81777<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Manor, sometimes called &#8220;Drake&#8217;s Lair&#8221; lies in the heart of <a href=\"https:\/\/mysticinvestigations.com\/blog\/mystical-forest\/\">The Mystical Forest<\/a>.\u00a0 Drake bought the land when he moved to <a href=\"https:\/\/mysticinvestigations.com\/blog\/woodland-springs-colorado\/\">Woodland Springs, Colorado<\/a> in 1949.\u00a0 He in fact bought the land from the Griggs Family who founded the town in 1861.\u00a0 He began construction immediately, and his home was completed on December 11, 1952.\u00a0 Drake&#8217;s hallowed home is the lone residence on Alexander Parkway, which is named after him.\u00a0 His connections with the Griggs Family coupled with there being no official street where he built his home made this possible.\u00a0 The only paved road into the Mystical Forest, Mystical Road, ends at Settlers Bridge.\u00a0 At the other end of the bridge there&#8217;s a thinner crushed stone road called Timberline Trail which veers off into the forest.\u00a0 If you continue straight you go on to a dirt road.
